Take an aging, English-only website and create a new, streamlined web experience available in 11 languages worldwide. Featuring over 350 watches, the site needed to be adaptive and simple to navigate. We designed an interface that swiftly navigated the user to a single product and simultaneously allowed for the browsing of collections.

Another challenge was that the website needed to accommodate product availability and different pricing around the world. We created an easy-to-use CMS that allowed the user to update regional pricing and products on a minute-by-minute basis, which created efficiencies and greater cohesion for consumers.
