Currently, Mikhail deals with the legal side of the company’s affairs and takes part in negotiations. Mikhail is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University (2002). Even before graduation, he began teaching at a Moscow high school, developing his course in basic legal knowledge for high school. In 2001-2002, he worked as chief specialist in the Legal Department of the Moscow Committee for Physical Culture and Sports; then as the senior legal adviser of the sports channel “7TV” and the chief specialist of the Department for the Development of Physical Education and Sports in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Mikhail worked as a lawyer on NTV and Russia television channels – he represented the interests of journalists in the event of claims from law enforcement agencies, negotiated with contractors, organized transactions with MGM, Warner Brothers, and other companies. In 2008-2009, he was the head of the legal department of the large cinema production company Russian World Studios (AFK Sistema). In 2009, he moved to Bratislava and organized a consulting company that advises Russian and international filmmakers and distributors. He also taught law at the Comenius University in Bratislava.
